SUMMARY OF THE POSITION:
Position requires advanced skills in maintenance technician. The Lead Maintenance oversees the day to day tasks of the maintenance & janitorial needs of the building. The position acts as a leader and good role model for the rest of the staff. The Lead Maintenance performs a wide variety of maintenance duties including preventative, emergency, cosmetic and routine maintenance and regular inspections for two properties totalling 46 units. Nature of work requires emphasis on safe work practices, sustained physical effort, troubleshooting, problem solving, attention to detail, customer service, and time management.
Note: It is necessary for the position to travel independently between properties and on a regular basis in the most time efficient method possible, therefore it is a qualification that applicant have access to a personal automobile, current CA driver’s license and valid proof of insurance.
