SUMMARY OF THE POSITION:
Reporting directly to the Accounting Manager, this position is responsible for the production of accurate and timely monthly financial reports for approximately 8-20 properties and may do AP for 4-10 properties. Accountant will provide oversight for AP Specialist and AR activities by site staff. A solid foundation in GAAP, and the ability to work within a team structure is essential.
