    SUMMARY OF THE POSITION: 

    Under the direction of the Corporate Systems Manager, the HRIS Administrator will be responsible for administering, maintaining, and reporting on data from a variety of different HR systems. In addition, the HRISA will be tasked with development, building, testing, and implementation of human resources databases and tools, as well as evaluating the security of human resources information; they are also in charge of cleaning and standardizing employee data, troubleshooting and analyzing technical issues, and creating and maintaining scheduled employee data reports.

    Responsibilities

    Working with Human Resources, Payroll and Training, this position’s overall responsibilities include:

    • Providing support with system administration and reporting design for the Ceridian Dayforce HCM
    • Testing system upgrades and potential corporate policy changes related to online
    • Maintaining data integrity within HRIS Serving as the point person for maintenance of HR’s core systems/applications.
    • Creating, monitoring and updating human resources information systems, including assisting with evaluation and setup of employee on‐boarding systems
    • Defining technical strategies to customize system and meet long‐term business
    • Managing user accounts for the various HRIS, system and business process controls, and auditing to ensure data
    • Providing requested reports from various HRIS systems to relevant stakeholders at regular
    • Ensuring proper maintenance of system data and the internal system for values, codes, tables, supervisory roles, security and Maintaining user tables such as job codes, department codes, training, education etc. Assist with and maintain system configurations.

    Qualifications

    • Knowledge on Microsoft Office programs such as Word and Outlook are Advanced skills in MS Excel are required.
    • Functional experience with HRIS configuration and implementations, particularly at the mapping and table levels is strongly

    DESIRED EDUCATION – Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
