SUMMARY OF THE POSITION:
Responsible for the overall operation of two properties: Waverly Place is a 16-unit Tax Credit property, and Home Base Homes has 24 project-based Section 8 units. You will oversee the day to day implementation of policies, procedures and programs that ensure well-managed, well-maintained properties and ensures compliance with all applicable regulatory agencies and federal, state and local laws.
