SUMMARY OF THE POSITION:

Must relate well to people, exercise good judgment and discretion when interacting with residents, visitors, vendors and staff.

Responsibilities

  • Follow established emergency plan to respond promptly to site emergencies and complete incident report.
  • Request maintenance work order not constituting an emergency should be called in to the site office by the tenant on the next regular business day.
  • Return messages and calls within 15 minutes of receipt.
  • Exercise common sense, good judgment, consistency and self-control in day-to-day contact with residents and in other business-related matters.
  • Communicate all problems to Property Manager for assistance in resolution.
  • Ensures adherence to all safety and maintenance requirements of JSCo during after-hours emergencies

 

Qualifications

  • Ability to read, understand and communicate fluently in English.
  • Good sense of awareness, urgency and follow procedures to solve problems.
  • Ability to lift 16-30 pounds, push 20 pounds, climb ladders, sit, stand, kneel and twist or grasp/pull/carry/push equipment such as janitorial carts, vacuums, brooms, mops and walk on uneven ground.
  • Must Be A Resident of The Mobile Home Park
