GENERAL SUMMARY
The Yardi Specialist, Property Management is responsible for support, initial input, training, and data integrity in Yardi for assigned properties managed by the John Stewart Company. The role requires understanding of the Yardi property management software and affordable housing property management; strong communication skills; and a competent command of spreadsheet software (Excel) to satisfactorily perform required duties. Demonstrated training and/or customer support experience is a plus. An ability to work within a team structure and accept and use input from others is essential to meet the deadlines for report deliverables and coordinate with other JSCo personnel. An ability to travel to assigned sites to provide in-person training and support is required.
